The Issues

• The company desired to move from a legacy system to PeopleSoft to allow for electronic signatures

The Requirements

• The company required a solution that could create a statement combining the proof of delivery invoice and the electronic signature on each POD. Once that capability was implemented, they could match the statements with the POD’s with the electronic signature and mail in one envelope.

The Solution

• SOURCECORP developed software that converts the captured electronic signature to a text string of data. This data is then transmitted to SOURCECORP Statement Solutions where we developed programs to convert the text string back into a signature. The statements are then merged both with other invoice types and with Proof of Delivery Invoices containing replica signatures.

The Results

• Increased customer satisfaction
• Client expects to decrease days outstanding due to ease of statement verification
