Website Administrator - Contract

 

JOB SUMMARY (the purpose and general nature of the job)

 

The website administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the SOURCECORP website.  This person will manage content, make updates, handle all Search Engine Optimization, handle technical issues and work closely with division contacts to maintain update the site content.

 

PRINCIPLE ROLES/ACCOUNTABILITIES include the following.  In this position, either directly or through others, the incumbent will:

 

Role: Web Site Management

  • Site Content Management: Manage and maintain site content, client usability, optimization and administration
  • Site Content Deployment Management: Work in conjunction with Product Developer to identify/implement content changes and enhancements.

Role: Web Analytics and Performance Management

  • Site Analytics: Produce monthly site statistics for demographic and end user site hits and perform search engine optimizations as needed to increase site usage.
  • Site Performance: Track and evaluate site performance, making appropriate adjustments and recommending/implementing changes needed to improve site performance.

Role: Website Support

  • User support: Serve as first point of contact for website questions or technical issues.
  • Site support: Provide level 1 and level 2 technical support for application issues regarding content deployment or content delivery.
  • Ease of use: Work with other functional unit leaders to develop and implement technology solutions that simplify the customer experience and enhance ease of use.

Role: Business Process Owner

  • Content Approval Process: Develop and manage approval process for website content changes.

 

Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned.

 

METRICS: Basic standards regarding how success will be measured

§         Site content release approvals will be completed within 2 business days of deployment request – measured monthly

§         Site analytics reports will be completed for site owner review by the end of the first business week of the following month – measured monthly

§         Search engine optimizations will be completed within one business week of approval by the site content owners – measured monthly

 

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS: Minimal requirements for education, knowledge and experience:

·         5-10 years experience with IT related industry

·         Demonstrated ability to successfully plan and forecast for workload management

  • Three years experience developing/administrating websites
  • Ability to collaborate with various job functions within company – editorial, technical, operations, research, sales, etc.
  • Strong organizational/analytical skills and an attention to detail
  • Sufficient maturity and assertiveness to maintain focus in a dispersed, extremely diverse matrix environment
  • Excellent execution skills with a track record of success in implementing complex projects and deliverables
  • Influence skills to shape decisions and outcomes
  • Learner – open to new ideas and a demonstrated ability to assess them
  • Proven expertise in HTML/CSS, ASP.NET, JavaScript and XML.
  • Experience with Microsoft IIS Server, SQL Server, browsers and web graphic production.
  • Software experience with Microsoft SharePoint, Photoshop, Visual Studio, Flash and Microsoft Office.
  • Proven experience with Search engine Optimization and Web analytics tools

 

PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS: This position requires the ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities in the following environment:

 

·         Work schedule generally consists of 40 hours per week, which may include on-call status, evenings, and/or weekends.

        ·        May be required to spend long periods of time sitting.

Controller

 

JOB SUMMARY (the purpose and general nature of the job)

 

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting, financial analysis and controls for assigned business units.  These responsibilities include the coordination of the month end, quarterly and annual financial close process,  ad hoc analysis,  internal and external reporting of financial results, analysis of the company on a consolidated basis and ensuring compliance with all reporting requirements.  Provides support to the company's independent auditors regarding transactions and accounting processes to ensure results are properly stated.  Reviews the financial results of the business units and monitors the adequacy of certain reserves.

 

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES include the following.  Other duties may be assigned.

In this position, either directly or through others, the incumbent will:

 

·         Coordinate field, corporate and offshore accounting teams – 50%

·          Oversee the coordination of all accounting activities among field and offshore accounting, operations and corporate personnel, including the transition of accounting systems and SOX internal controls implementation

·          Maintain awareness of business changes to enable proactive accounting treatment

·          Benchmark activities at multiple sites to determine best practices and implement standardization

·          Develop, update, document and monitor consistency of controls, policies, and procedures across accounting functions to ensure a high level of internal controls to ensure GAAP compliance

·          Identify and support training needs for all accounting personnel

·         Perform financial analysis and participate in ad hoc accounting projects – 30%

·          Lead various initiatives to streamline workflow, improve reporting processes and reduce costs

·          Monitor credit risks and reserves for bankruptcies

·          Participate in acquisition and divestiture analysis, earn-out documentation and calculations

·          Act as accounting liaison for interdepartmental implementation teams

·         Manage financial close and reporting processes – 20%

·          Responsible for managing all aspects of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial accounting close processes, including balance sheet analysis, tax filings, bank reconciliations, and reporting

·          Coordinate, perform and present detailed monthly P&L and balance sheet analyses

·          Coordinate and provide schedules and support for external audit by D&T

·          Plan, organize and control activities associated with the Quarterly Segment Review including preparation of the appropriate financial schedules, analysis of financial data and presentation of data to Executive Management team

 

 

KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:

Minimal requirements for education, knowledge and experience:

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related area

        ·      Active CPA certification

·         At least 10 years of progressive experience in financial accounting management

·         In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and practices

·         Demonstrated leadership and mentoring ability

·         Highly organized and motivated self-starter requiring minimal supervision

·         Ability to motivate and manage a remote workforce including offshore employees

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Ability to work with a customer orientation in dealings with executives, operations, corporate finance and cost center managers

·         Demonstrated familiarity with accounting software applications as well as strong Microsoft Office skills

 

Preferred background:

·         MBA

·         Both domestic and international travel may be required (less than 10%)
