SOURCECORP Renews Immunization Registry Contract with New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene

Company Agreement to Convert, Capture and Store Citywide Records

Dallas, January 6, 2004 - SOURCECORP (NASDAQ: SRCP), a leading provider of Business Process Outsourcing solutions won a renewal to provide the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene (DOHMH) with outsourcing services. SOURCECORP will operate the department's document conversion, data capture and image repository functions in support of its Citywide Immunization Registry. The contract is valued at slightly over $1 million and is for a period of three years.

SOURCECORP, which had previously been operating these functions on a one-year contract, was awarded the new contract based on a competitive procurement conducted by the government agency. In addition to operational responsibilities, SOURCECORP has also advised DOHMH regarding the feasibility and practicality of implementing an OCR-scannable form for data capture.

During our first contract, SOURCECORP staff established an excellent working relationship with DOHMH personnel. "We are very happy that we'll be able to continue this arrangement on a longer-term basis," stated Kerry Walbridge, Group President of SOURCECORP's Business Process Solutions Unit. "One of SOURCECORP's key strengths is building partnerships with its clients. Our priority is to achieve the highest level of client satisfaction possible."

Ed Bowman, Jr., President and CEO of SOURCECORP, added, "This contract renewal is another good example of the public and private sector's confidence in the value of Business Process Outsourcing and SOURCECORP's commitment to service excellence. As a leading provider of BPO services, we are excited to continue to leverage our core capabilities and extensive industry knowledge to deliver improved operational results in support of the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene."

The support for these services will come from SOURCECORP's local facility in Binghamton, New York. At this facility SOURCECORP employs more than 250 New York based employees and provides services for a diverse client base.
