Dallas, April 19, 2004 - SOURCECORP, Inc. (NASDAQ: SRCP), a leading provider of Business Process Outsourcing solutions announced today the promotion of David Delgado to President of the Legal Claims and Regulatory Compliance Division. In this role, Mr. Delgado will report directly to Ed Bowman, President and CEO of SOURCECORP. His new responsibilities include leading the strategic growth plan for this division.
The SOURCECORP Legal Claims and Regulatory Compliance Division contains several business lines focused on the legal and regulatory environment, including legal claims administration, tax management services, and consulting specializing in economic and statistical analysis, expert witness testimony and lending practice monitoring and settlements. All of the business units in the division are nationally recognized as experts in their field and are staffed with highly credentialed professionals. The Legal Claims and Regulatory Compliance Division provides services and advice to government agencies, legal counsels and many Fortune 500 Companies. SOURCECORP has assembled a unique combination of experienced, interdisciplinary talent, quantitative analysis tools, and dedicated computer resources to serve these markets. The staffing level for the entire nationwide unit is over 250 professionals located in San Francisco, Minneapolis, Dallas, Washington DC and Tallahassee.

Mr. Delgado brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his new role. Prior to joining SOURCECORP, Mr. Delgado founded and served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Zia Information Analysis Group specializing in expert witness testimony and case management services. He joined the Company in September 1996 as a result of SOURCECORP acquiring Zia Information Analysis Group. From July 1999 to February 2003, Mr. Delgado was responsible for the Legal Consulting Business Segment. In 2003 his responsibilities were expanded to include the claims administration and tax management business segments at SOURCECORP.
Mr. Delgado was also a Partner with Peterson Consulting, a national consulting firm specializing in economic damage and expert witness testimony. He has provided expert witness testimony in both California State Court and Federal Court. Mr. Delgado graduated from Stanford University where he majored in Civil Engineering and minored in Economics.
